30 Euston Square

30 Euston Square is a Grade II* listed events venue in a central London location.

This versatile venue integrates grand Victorian façade and original Greek Revival architecture with modern characteristics to provide a superb choice of flexible spaces for more than 40 different sectors.

Behind every event at 30 Euston Square is Searcys, one of London’s leading hospitality providers. They pride themselves on their range and creativity of menus in which their chef’s use only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Being home to the Royal College of General Practitioners, 30 Euston Square also integrates a number of healthier swaps and choices into their offering.

Capacities range from 6 – 300 from a small business meeting in one of their 24 meeting rooms, to a large dining experience for 160 in the State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace. The 300 seat tiered Auditorium & Exhibition Space equipped with top AV facilities, including a cinema size screen, 3D projector, video conferencing and streaming capabilities, is the perfect space for large conferences. The venue also offers 41 onsite Boutique Bedrooms.

Broadway House

Broadway House in Tothill Street, Westminster is one of three venues under the EEF Venues Group. A member of the Westminster Collection of Venues and Venues of Excellence, this six storey Edwardian venue is situated opposite St James’ Park tube station and just a short walk from Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross stations.

Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is an elegant contemporary four-star hotel in prestigious Kensington, located two minutes’ walk to High Street Kensington underground station. It boasts 745m2 of flexible meeting space, consisting of the Shannon Suite and the Liffey Suite, ideal for hosting conferences, weddings and social events. The venue provides a dedicated meetings and events team headed by Pat O’Regan. Pat joined the Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington in 1973 and has a continuous service at the hotel of 38 years. Pat O’ Regan and his team is the reason our repeat customers come back to the hotel year after year. The hotel’s meetings and events operations team is a stable team of 6 staff and up to 25-30 casuals subject to the size of events in-house. Pat, Davor and Sashko ensure all operational aspects of the event are organised and in place and operate as a one-stop-shop during the event. Pat and the team are completely hands on in terms of running the event, mindful of all operational costs and ensure events always run smoothly to guarantee guest satisfaction.


IET London: Savoy Place

Since re-opening in December 2015 and a £30 million renovation, Savoy Place has welcomed new and returning clients who have embraced and welcomed the venue’s new and improved offer.

Savoy Place delivers seamless technical and digital production to the benefit and access of clients and members with ease.

As the venue continues to thrive, in the last year Savoy Place has welcomed over 75,000 guests at more than 2,000 events, and 9 awards. Kings Place

Kings Place is a modern and purpose built venue in the heart of Kings Cross featuring a diverse and versatile selection of spaces, including two auditoriums, a canal-side banqueting room with private terrace, two private dining rooms, art galleries, a restaurant and a handful of smaller meeting rooms that can be used as breakout spaces or individually.

Since opening in 2008, Kings Place has established itself as a leading conference and events space providing all catering, AV and production services in-house for a variety of events from a large scale conference with exhibition stands to drinks receptions, boardroom meetings and private dinners.

Victory Services Club

The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a private military members club, located in central London near Marble Arch. Established in 1907, the Club has seven event rooms which have a capacity of 10-300 guests and can host conferences, meetings, exhibitions, receptions and award ceremonies.

The Club is a registered charity that re-invests revenue from commercial events to fund schemes, including free weekend breaks for injured members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families.
