BMA House

BMA House is a first class central London venue, combining classic heritage with up to date meeting facilities and an outstanding customer service offering.

In 2016, BMA House increased its capacity to 29 spaces with the addition of four new meeting rooms, one being the Worcester Room. The refurbishment of the Worcester Room began by consulting its user group, with client feedback leading the decision-making process.

Feedback established that for small meetings in London, there was a significant need for permanent, fully functioning videoconferencing facilities set in an up to date room, accompanied by good catering and excellent staff.

A standout feature of the Worcester Room is the state of the art AV facilities, including HD video and tele-conferencing as well as a video wall made up of four 55” LED screens, a projector and eight ceiling mounted speakers and of course high-speed Wi-Fi.

There are two ceiling microphone array systems, with 24 built in mics for each array, making this the strongest room for video conferencing in the whole venue. Barco Clickshare is installed in the room, technology which means delegates can wirelessly connect any device to the video wall, including their phone, making it incredibly easy to use.


Cornflake Smart APP-artment

London’s SmartAPPartment, opened by Cornflake, in 2013 is where the art of technology is realised. A state-of-the-art experience centre designed to showcase the very best in digital living, the large showroom in the heart of the West End is designed to resemble a fully working 21st century home.

With intuitive technology – heating, lighting, ventilation, CCTV and AV – seamlessly woven throughout the building, the eight-room apartment allows guests to discover for themselves how smart living will change the way we live. Styled by some of London’s top interior designers and award-winning engineers the venue is available for hire for meetings and private parties – particularly useful when the host needs to create a smart first impression at the touch of a button. Factor in Gaggenau’s top-of-the-range appliances, Dolby Atmos quality acoustics, magic mirrors, Sony, Loewe, Apple, Nest, Linn Speakers and a McIntosh Hi-Fi and you’ll find yourself transported to a futuristic Bond-esque lair… deep below ground in a 4000sqft warehouse!


Icebar London

ICEBAR LONDON is a unique destination bar, restaurant and cold sensory experience in central London, where the walls, bar and even the glasses are made from pure river ice harvested from the pristine winter landscape of Northern Sweden, a source highly regarded for its unique purity and located 200km above the Arctic Circle.

The Icebar itself uses over 40 tonnes of ice to create fabulous sculptures and ice installations, and even serves its cocktails in ice glasses fashioned from the same natural ice as the bar.

We are a very unique meeting space and we even include a ticket to visit ICEBAR in our very competitively priced Day Delegate rate of £65. This includes use of a larger meeting space and catering breakout space. We can offer theatre, cabaret and boardroom set ups but what really makes us stand out from the competition is that we also offer ice sculpting master classes, mixology, stunning bespoke ice sculptures and even husky dogs and hostesses to greet your event guests.


Lumiere London – Victorian Loft

Lumiere London is centrally located in Southwark and home to four unique 1900 sq ft loft studios Each loft has high ceilings, loads of natural light, fully equipped with A/V and their own stylish personalities ​ Our unique studios host a multitude of events ranging from workshops, corporate events, photo and film shoots, cooking shows, fashion shows and private dinners Lumiere London Studios were founded by fashion photographer Carlos Lumiere along with his husband Stephan Trockle in 2007 It started as a photographic studio in London Bridge, and over time it expanded into a space used by third parties for filming and corporate events Carlos choose to take on an ever larger venue in Southwark to continue to impress clients with his unique eye for light, creative decor and interior design As their client base grows, as does the studio with the recent inclusion of ‘The Gallery’ which will be on the second floor of Lumiere London ​ Supported by a young and experienced team, we pride ourselves on guaranteeing a reliable and personable service We offer a large set of equipment and facilities that are at your disposal to make the most of your event.

The Clubhouse

The Dock

The Dock is one of the capital’s most unusual meeting room spaces. Located at the heart of Tobacco Dock and equidistant from London’s financial district, Canary Wharf and Tech City, it combines stripped-back, Grade-1 listed interiors, dominated by brick barrel-vaulted ceilings and punctuated with original ironwork, wood beams and glass walls; a blend of heritage and contemporary design.

The Dock’s meeting room spaces offer both stunning architecture and flexibility, complemented by a host of innovative features, including super fast WiFi and integrated AV services.


The Sussex Cellar

With over 315 years of history, Berry Bros. & Rudd is justly proud of its illustrious past. The cellars were initially converted in 1999 to create London’s most exclusive fine wine & dining venues.

The Sussex Cellar is the most recent addition to our exceptional wine education and entertainment venues. Equipped with the latest technological gadgetry, it offers purpose-built convenience suited to receptions, meetings, tutored wine tastings, lunches and dinners. After entering via a secret door in one of Berry Bros. & Rudd’s historic Pickering Place townhouses, a guest will descend into a dual level venue that combines modern architectural innovation with the feel of the atmospheric cellars.
