30 Euston Square

30 Euston Square is a Grade II* listed events venue in a central London location.

This versatile venue integrates grand Victorian façade and original Greek Revival architecture with modern characteristics to provide a superb choice of flexible spaces for more than 40 different sectors.

Behind every event at 30 Euston Square is Searcys, one of London’s leading hospitality providers. They pride themselves on their range and creativity of menus in which their chef’s use only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Being home to the Royal College of General Practitioners, 30 Euston Square also integrates a number of healthier swaps and choices into their offering.

Capacities range from 6 – 300 from a small business meeting in one of their 24 meeting rooms, to a large dining experience for 160 in the State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace. The 300 seat tiered Auditorium & Exhibition Space equipped with top AV facilities, including a cinema size screen, 3D projector, video conferencing and streaming capabilities, is the perfect space for large conferences. The venue also offers 41 onsite Boutique Bedrooms.

99 City Road Conference Centre

99 City Road is a contemporary conference venue and event space for up to 300 people in the heart of London’s Tech City. Located within the headquarters of global satellite communications company, Inmarsat, on Old Street Roundabout, the venue boasts simple travel links.

The venue features 12 rooms and a large lounge area, all of which are located on the same floor and are fully adaptable to host almost any type of event. Many of the rooms are extendable to provide just the right amount of space for conference organisers.

Outstanding customer service is at the heart of 99 City Road’s ethos with an experienced team of event managers delivering successful events and conferences. The venue has a high volume of long-standing clients, with many booking several events each year.

There are no hidden costs when it comes to booking an event at 99 City Road. Unlike many other venues, the venue offers an all-inclusive DDR that includes in-house event management, use of all AV equipment and in-house technicians and catering provided by award-winning catering contractors, Elior UK.

CentrEd at ExCeL

During 2015, ExCeL London identified an opportunity to open a smaller meetings and training venue.

The business case for investing in a new facility was based upon being able to offer the right alternative to traditional central London venues, whilst still being easy to get to. We also wanted to offer delegates a unique experience, combining the right environment, alongside the latest technology and innovative catering.

With the continued investment in London’s transport infrastructure, we believed our location represented a destination that’s easy for people to reach and do business in. Whilst our location alongside Royal Victoria Dock, provided access to green spaces, fresh air and an environment that’s conducive to learning and training.

Following careful consultation with key clients and industry stakeholders, a budget of £1.5 million was approved to invest in a new stand-alone product.

CentrEd at ExCeL was launched on the 1st January 2016 with an ambition to be the number one choice for organisers of smaller meetings, under 500 delegates.

Flight Club Shoreditch

Since opening in October 2015, Flight Club Shoreditch has welcomed more than 200,000 guests with some 24,000 joining us over the festive period in 2016 alone. During this time we’ve been awarded Best All In One Venue in the Design My Night Awards 2017, Most Loved Bar in Shoreditch and Hoxton as well as being placed 2nd in the StartUps 100. Events at Flight Club allow socialising and teambuilding for groups from 2-400 every day of the week, with personalised packages and specifically designed products and technology to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Unlike many other venues, OXO2 is able to offer superb in-house catering for events, from our talented caterer Create who specialises in show-stopping event catering for a huge range of occasions. Create’s priority to carefully source the best of British seasonal ingredients for our dishes. Big, bold flavour combinations are used to dramatic effect, with stunning presentation setting it off. Create knows the venue inside out, and is hugely experienced in catering for events here.

Wellcome Collection is a museum and library exploring health & humanity, inspired by the collections of Henry Wellcome to encourage new ways of thinking about health by connecting science, medicine & art. A unique venue for the incurably curious, incorporating a variety of event spaces, four exhibition galleries, cafe, restaurant, bookshop and Library, conveniently located on Euston Road, London opposite Euston Station.
