99 City Road Conference Centre is a 300-capacity conference, exhibition and event venue within the headquarters of global satellite company, Inmarsat. Originally designed as an in-house event space for Inmarsat, 99 City Road opened to the public in 2001. Since then it has re-branded, gone through extensive refurbishments and has become a key player in the London conference scene with excellent client retention and year on year growth.

Ministry Venues, 103 Gaunt Street
2018 was a landmark year for Ministry Venue’s 103 Gaunt Street, hosting 43% more events than the previous year and winning prestigious brand events from both British and international companies.
WIth significant investment in its technological and environmental infrastructure in 2019, the venue drastically reduced its use of single-use plastics, switched to digital communication across every process of its venue hire process and invested in high performance technology to replace the need for printing branded materials throughout the venue.
The venue hire team grew by 150% to provide clients with a high level of service and bring new corporate clients to working with the venue. Every potential date in December was full with conferences and celebrations, as the venue’s busiest month to date.
While the team introduced a brand new venue into its portfolio, 103 Gaunt Street outperformed targets, bringing in prestigious brand clients including a number of FTSE 100 companies and world class brands.
One Birdcage Walk
One Birdcage Walk is the purpose built home for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers The building is in ‘Queen Anne style’ which was the height of fashion at the time, and designed by architect Basil Slade Located just minutes from the Houses of Parliament, Horse Guards Parade and Treasury, we are a 5 minutes walk from Westminster and St James’s Park tube The building which overlooks St James’s Park is regarded as one of the finest examples of traditional architecture in Westminster Our largest daytime space is our Lecture Theatre, located on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 210 guests in theatre style. Hire of the Lecture Theatre comes with a technician who runs all A/V for the day. News outlets and political parties are repeat clients of ours, often using this space for televised briefings or press conferences.

Prince Philip House
Prince Philip House Neo-Classical Carlton House Terrace designed by John Nash in the early 1800s and houses the Royal Academy of Engineering.
We host many conferences throughout the year and believe that what we have to offer is something we should be proud of. Our in-house AV as well as our catering mean allow us to be extremely flexible with what we can offer our guests. Our rooms can host anywhere from 10 guests to 170 guests and are fully accessible.
Royal College of Physicians
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is 500 years old and currently in its fifth home since 1965. This iconic grade 1 listed modern building overlooking Regent’s Park, houses an award-winning conference and events centre with cutting edge technology including filming and streaming. The venue offers highly versatile facilities, including tiered auditoriums, conference, meeting, exhibition and dining spaces as well as a medicinal garden ideal for summer entertaining. In addition, the venue boasts over 500 years of history incorporating a museum containing rare books, manuscripts, objects and sculptures.
RCP is ISO accredited and the first royal college to achieve Carbon Trust Standard certification following a reduction of 30% in its total carbon footprint over the past three years. It has also consistently maintained its gold standard accreditation in the BDRC venue verdict for the past 10 years.
The venue hosts over 600 events per year for a wide range of organisations including associations, charities, medical companies and the wider corporate community across several sectors. All revenue generated from commercial events, helps to support College activities and patient care.

Royal Institute of British Architects
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) was founded in 1834 for the ‘advancement of architecture’. Our venue, RIBA’s headquarters at 66 Portland Place, built in 1934, has a long history in hosting events for learning, sharing and entertaining. Our Art Deco design has been maintained over 85 years, and is considered one of the best examples of Art Deco/Swedish Modernism in the UK, ensuring an incredible backdrop.
