The Barbican is a world leading conference and international arts venue. Located in the City of London, it is capable of holding meetings from 10-2,000 delegates in its fully equipped concert hall, theatres, conference suites and boardrooms.

In 2018/2019 we hosted 371 events (up 5%) with a footfall of 143,000 delegates.

Church House Westminster
Church House Westminster is a Grade II listed multi-purpose event venue in a central London location, set within tranquil Dean’s Yard and overlooking Westminster Abbey. The venue offers an outstanding client service provided by the all-encompassing events team who have a combined experience of 65 years organising and planning over 800 unique events a year.
East Wintergarden first opened as an events venue in the heart of Canary Wharf in October 2003 and has hosted a total of 1,238 events to date, with 2018-2019 so far proving the most successful year on record with 147 events delivered over the last year, a 20% increase on 2017.
The venue has attracted a wide range of events for a prestigious portfolio of clients predominantly from corporate and charity sectors including Jaguar, Citibank, KPMG, Help for Heroes, Canary Wharf Squash Classic, Bloodhound, Barclays, BBC Question Time, Red Bull and Virgin Media.

Since opening, Formans Fish Island has been one of London’s most exciting venues in an emerging area of East London. Fish Island offers not only a venue space, but an experience. Built on its smoked salmon heritage, yet oozing a modern edginess at the same time Formans is the perfect event venue. The QEII Centre is central London’s leading large events venue, hosting more than 400 events every year for up to 2,500 delegates. The variety of events held at QEII ranges from conferences, exhibitions and global association meetings, to fashion shows, product launches, dinners and awards ceremonies. Customer service is at the heart of QEII’s offering, whether it’s the digital team creating bespoke apps, the award-winning caterers creating sustainable menus that excite guests, or every member of the team going above and beyond to make each event a resounding success.
The 2018/19 financial year has been QEII’s best year to date, forecasting a year-on-year financial growth of 9% with a projected turnover of circa £15.67m.Over a 6-year period, there has been a growth rate of 63%, and the centre’s net economic contribution to the UK economy in the past year has been £145million, and its GVA to London alone was £110.9million.

We provide detailed proposals within 8 hours of first enquiry and provide prospective and repeat clients with comprehensive site visits. Our 3D tours mean that clients are able to explore our venue from their own desk – providing a convenient solution to those who are overseas or just too busy to attend the site in person.
Each event has dedicated account and operations managers who support throughout the planning and delivery of the event. With an extensive list of suppliers and in-house catering, AV and branding partners, Tobacco Dock makes building extraordinary events supremely straightforward. We’re agile at navigating through changing or evolving briefs and endeavour to accommodate clients’ requests so the resulting event matches or surpasses their vision. We also conduct a thorough debrief post event to see what worked particularly well and also areas for improvement.
Troxy is a 1930s art deco Grade II listed venue in East London. Originally opened as a cinema, the venue has since been a theatre, bingo hall and is now one of London’s best loved London venues for a variety of events, from awards ceremonies, to conferences and gala dinners. Excellent customer service is at the forefront of its appeal to event organisers, with technical innovation designed to support the customer’s experience.
Troxy is proud to be one of the few remaining independent venues in London which along with its incredible audio capability makes the venue a mecca for live music fans.
In 2018, Troxy announced its partnership with the paperless ticketing platform DICE, making them the world’s biggest mobile-first venue. A new JBL sound system was installed to improve the sound quality for event attendees. A new venue wide inclusion strategy was rolled out to ensure all audiences are treated brilliantly, which is applied to every member of the team from the cleaning and security teams to the box office management.
2018 and 2019 has seen a record number of repeat clients, which is a testament to the team’s customer service and its dedication to excellence for event audiences.
