City Central at the HAC
City Central is an impressive semi-permanent structure providing a unique and flexible event space in the heart of the City. It is a magnificent space offering over 2,500sqm with a capacity of between 250 to 2,500 guests across two live seasons, summer and winter.
The summer season venue includes a large private garden with an opportunity to extend over the five and a half acres of private outside space. An exciting addition is the funfair which includes a Ferris Wheel, Carousel, Dodgems and Side Stalls. With the backdrop of the Armoury House and its vast grounds, this creates a the ideal setting for a summer party with a spectacular view in the heart of the city.
In each year at City Central, Ultimate Experience will deliver between 45 to 50 exclusive events over a total of ten weeks and cater for approximately 30,000 guests. Over 80% of our clients rebook for the following year – so we must be doing something right!
Illuminate / Science Museum
The Science Museum officially opened its brand-new dedicated events space, Illuminate in March 2018. Situated on Levels 4 and 5 of the museum, this multi-functional venue has dynamic light and dark theming with a blackout space on Level 4 and a larger space on Level 5 framed by a stunning view of London’s skyline – the panoramic window was a conditioned precedent of the whole project!
The view from Illuminate is unlike any other. From South Kensington, the main view looks eastward over the rooftops towards the city skyline. From the fifth floor you get the real impact of the London skyline with highlights including Harrods, the Shard and the London Eye; however we are low enough to still see and appreciate the idiosyncrasies of London street life.

White Light offers both DDR and bespoke packages, providing clients with streamlined offerings to ensure a convenient, cost-effective process, while Moving Venue offer outstanding and creative catering concepts to suit any client theme or brief.
InterContinental London – The O2
InterContinental London – The O2 is one of the newest and most impressive conference venues located on London’s vibrant Greenwich Peninsula The Arora Ballroom, UK’s largest pillar-free ballroom accommodates up to 3,000 delegates When split into two, the ballroom offers each side of the room a dedicated entrance, cloakroom and escalator access allowing for simultaneous events of up to 1,550 delegates each.
The Greenwich Suites on the second floor comprises of 9 versatile meeting rooms which can be used as multiple event spaces for dining, break-out sessions and meetings to accompany the main event overlooking the world’s famous entertainment venue – The O2 arena and The River Thames. An additional 400m outdoor space – The Oval provides a convenient location offering panoramic views of Canary Wharf – London’s financial headquarters district, London skyline and river Thames.
Alteryx Inc’s Event Exchange worked closely with the hotel’s AV team on creating the Inspire Europe Logo in the Riverview Suite and an exclusive branded entrance and window graphics framing views of London’s impressive London skyline, In addition, Lin Education brought their AV team, to work alongside InterContinental London.
Southbank Centre is located in central London and is a 17-acre arts centre made up of Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and Hayward Gallery. It is nestled in the midst of London’s most vibrant cultural quarter on the South Bank of the River Thames.
These heritage buildings are home to world-class concert halls, auditoria and stages that have hosted some of the world’s greatest artists and thinkers, including Michelle Obama, Olivia Colman and David Bowie. Audiences are treated to thousands of live events, performances and exhibitions across the site each year.
In our Grade 1-listed Royal Festival Hall, as well as the world-class auditorium you can find more intimate venues, including our rooftop pavilions with fabulous river views that offer stunning settings for meetings, receptions and dinners.
Our award-winning brutalist Queen Elizabeth Hall is home to various venues which offer clients the opportunity to host events from the informal and intimate to creative and spectacular.
The experienced team deliver events of all scales, including award ceremonies, premieres, dinners, parties, conferences and meetings. Capacities for our spaces range from 20 to 2,500 people.
Skylight, perched atop the iconic Tobacco Dock, boasts stunning 360° views of the London skyline, including the distinctive buildings of the financial district. Offering terrific scope for corporate parties, networking events and product launches, this beautiful destination bar transforms with the seasons to become an urban lawn club in the summer months and a neon-lit icy wonderland in the winter.
Summer visitors can get competitive on the croquet and pétanque lawns, while in the winter guests can get their skates on and enjoy Europe’s only real ice rooftop ice-rink.
It has proved busy from the first, with the venue welcoming 80,000 visitors in its first year, when it opened over just 27 (4 day) weeks. At peak times in the World Cup it was pouring pints of Staropramen at the rate of 1 every 8 seconds and for the Royal Wedding over 1,100 bottles of Champagne and Prosecco were consumed.
With capacity for up to 600 guests, Skylight is available for full or shared hire and offers competitive party packages as well as a host of additional elements to create a bespoke event.
The London Eye
The London Eye is unlike any other venue in the City. It’s been an iconic part of London’s skyline for almost two decades since its launch in 2000 to celebrate the new millennium. Its popularity means it’s still sending up to 800 at once passengers up and over the City today. Offering a view is always a selling point for a venue, but it’s something else to have one solely created for delivering it!
There’s something magical about having a private event on the Eye. The capsules can host a surprising range of occasions from intimate wedding ceremonies, to innovative product launches, and to luxury 3-course dinners; it’s only right for such an eccentric venue to offer the most intricate event possibilities.
