With over 25 years’ experience of leading London’s golden circle of event caterers, Dish is listed at over 25 venues around the capital including many of the most iconic and historic buildings. Our innovative and sustainable dishes and events range from awards dinners, Christmas parties and weddings to private functions, public hospitality catering and corporate conferences.
Despite facing all the challenges which multiple lockdowns threw at the world and particularly the hospitality industry, we have grown as a company in determination to succeed and to achieve all that we lost and more.

Green & Fortune
Independent hospitality company Green & Fortune (G&F) have expertise in retail and events catering, venue sales and management.

The pandemic has proved a huge test. Our team have risen to that challenge and excelled. They pulled together to re-open different parts of the business when required.
Be it working in a restaurant, reopening cafes, running events, or mobilising a new site, the team have turned their hand to everything required. They’ve shown immense flexibility, teamwork and dedication, working at whichever of the four sites required. This one team approach flourished during the pandemic and has become vital to operations.
The needs of clients and safety of delegates came first. To reassure corporate clients that events could take place in-line with Government guidance in a safe environment several initiatives were implemented.
We also launched a brand new site at the start of 2022. Rose Court is a multi-faceted newly refurbished office building with significant capacity, retail and hospitality spaces.
Jimmy Garcia Catering
Jimmy Garcia Catering always aims to entertain with food. The unique style and approach we have to our food, wows guests and this is down to our incredible, hardworking, creative and dynamic team – one we are hugely proud of.
Since 2011, the Jimmy Garcia Catering team which has matured into an international catering operation, where the team shares in Jimmy’s passion for going beyond expectations and delivering food that not only tastes and looks delicious, but also creates lasting memories with a seamless experience from start to finish. At the heart of all the events the team caters for is true creativity, attention to detail and incredible, local, seasonal flavours. You can clearly taste the care poured into each dish.
Our team of chefs are pioneering in sustainable menus, using their creativity which knows no bounds, to bring clients ’10 Mile menus’ using local, season produce, plastic free kitchens, and zero waste dishes.
The View at the Royal College of Surgeons
With The View turning 1 this September, the team have worked together collectively to build the catering offering from scratch, create new menus, concepts, procedures, practices and so on. By carefully selecting the right experience and personalities to match the roles and type of operation we have, the catering team now has an extended team of waiters and waitresses, who we constantly invest in. The result has turned out to be a huge success, with a forecast of 2m this year and nothing but amazing feedback on our menus, catering and service.
CEO Andrew Reed comments: We are incredibly proud of our new events spaces at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, one of the first such venues launched in London in 2021. It is very encouraging to see such a positive response from our event organisers, many of whom we have welcomed on multiple occasions. Working with our hospitality partner Searcys, The View has delivered some outstanding events, from conferences to parties and drinks receptions. After a tough few years for events, it is wonderful to see a boom in face-to-face meetings again and we have high hopes for the future as we head into our second year.
Venues by CH&CO – Brewers’ Hall
Through our catering we have implemented areas of Brewers Hall and the Brewers Company into our food, including innovative beer inspired canapes to delicious beer barrels made from chocolate. We strive to ensure every last detail is covered and every single dish is carefully prepared from start to finish, sending out only the highest quality of food from nibbles and canapes to three course meals. Our head Chef Karen Poynter is a decorated company chef and has been heading up the menu development and delivery at Brewers Hall. Not only does Karen know how to design delicious food featuring different types of beer, she also has over 15 years’ experience within the livery world making her expertise unrivalled and respected across throughout. Both our plant based and meat dishes are created using local and seasonal produce and any meat we do use is high quality and welfare.
Venues by CH&CO – Plaisterers’ Hall
Plaisterers’ Hall is London’s largest City Livery Hall located in the City of London and it opened in 1971 The Venue is set within One London Wall, backing onto the remains of the London Wall. The venue is breath-taking and sophisticated, boasting impressive facilities. Plaisterers Hall captures the grandeur of a bygone age in a setting and facilities that are incredibly modern, offering an opulent environment for entertaining. Venues by CH&CO focus on the expertise of great food and hospitality bringing people together no matter the location or occasion. As will be well known to those working within the hospitality industry, we’re currently experiencing a rise in supplier costs whilst needing to operate at a competitive price and meeting our clients demands We work closely with our procurement team to ensure our suppliers are operating sustainably and we’re reducing waste to manage our costs. By buying from an ethical source, using the whole animal and incorporating unloved cuts into a menu, chefs and consumers can help make the food industry more sustainable. As the old saying goes: waste not, want not.
