Since Hilton London Bankside opened in 2015, it has become one of the most successful Hilton Hotels in Europe, a flagship property for the global hotel group. Hilton Bankside offers over 10,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art event space inclusive of 11 flexible meeting suites. The elegant Bankside Ballroom holds up to 750 attendees: an impressive pillar free room, with a 6-metre high ceiling, balcony, rigging points and advanced technology. The space is flexible with a stunning design, opening out to a balcony. For more intimate gatherings the adjacent breakout spaces are available for up to 240 people. IET London – Savoy Place
For more than 100 years, Savoy Place has undergone constant development to cater for the rapidly evolving needs of conference goers. Today, the venue offers two lecture theatres for 626 guests, a further 14 event spaces across three floors, and a roof terrace overlooking panoramic London scenes.
As the home of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the venue is well used for STEM business events. Savoy Place continues to innovate facilities to remain the leading technology-focused conference venue and a series of recent renovations has bridged the gap for a seamless shift towards virtual and hybrid events.

Ministry Venues – 79 Borough Road is The creative events hub of the capital.
Situated in the heart of Borough, we have converted a Victorian diary factory into a range of cutting-edge event spaces. 79 Borough Road is modern in design but retains the industrial character of the original building.
Founded in 1991, Ministry Venues is an all encompassing event agency with a current venue portfolio of four cutting edge event venues in Central London.
Pan Pacific London
Opening 1st September 2021 as a brand-new venue, Pan Pacific London takes innovation and understated luxury to new heights. In the heart of the City of London, the hotel is the city’s new landmark tower and a 2min walk from Liverpool Street Station.
With a seamless blend of Asian hospitality and contemporary British elegance, our 237-bedroomed hotel of which 43 are suites, will be home to a signature restaurant, two destination bars, a serene lounge serving afternoon tea, patisserie, two private dining rooms and a dedicated wellbeing floor.

Searcys at the Gherkin
‘The Gherkin,’ or what’s officially known as 30 St Mary Axe, is a truly iconic landmark on London’s skyline It was designed by British architect Norman Foster in the heart of the City, opening its doors in 2004 At 180 metres high, the Gherkin is one of the city’s most recognised examples of contemporary architecture.
Inspired by nature, Foster’s design emulates both the beauty and functionality of a sea creature known as the Venus Flower Basket Sponge – from its glassy exoskeleton to advanced ventilation system. The mesmerising glass building remains a feature of London’s modern and ever-changing skyline, believed by many to be the most attractive of all the city’s skyscrapers, with the top three floors forming Searcys events spaces.
Since the introduction of the roadmap and the progress of the vaccine drive, there has been a distinct boost in bookings, with Searcys event enquiries up 70% from March 2021.
With 98 events (including 21 weddings and 31 corporate) already booked or have taken place in 2021, our events team is getting busier by the day. Looking ahead to Christmas, guests will be looking to make up for the missed moments and celebrations, with party bookings already coming in.
Swan at the Globe

For over fourteen years, Swan at the Globe has championed hospitality at the Globe Theatre on Bankside, and this strong link with the arts pushes the team to design rich and imaginative experiences with playful twists.
Swan’s kitchen team is known for consistently delivering restaurant-quality dishes to the events table, and their cellars are home to an enviable array of rare and exceptional wines.
Their two unique and well-equipped private spaces host parties and events for 12-450 guests. The top floor Balcony Room overlooks St. Paul’s Cathedral and the River Thames and is an inviting space with character and flair just as suited to family celebrations and cocktail parties as board meetings and awaydays.
Meanwhile, the glamourous Underglobe with it’s sweeping staircase, double-height ceiling and life-sized model oak tree is made for immersive parties, Christmas celebrations and glittering galas – all pulled off with Swan’s signature style.
