BEST VENUE FOR HYBRID EVENTS
30 Euston Square
30 Euston Square’s True Hybrid Solution offers a seamless interaction and engagement between all participants, regardless of if they are a remote or in-person delegate or speaker. All engagement tools such as Q&A and voting are all built-in into the platform eliminating the chances of glitches that often occurs when using multiple apps to achieve the same results.
As most events rely on sponsorship, it was paramount for 30 Euston Square to find a solution that was able to guarantee sponsors equal exposure to the remote and in-person attendees. Virtual booths can be easily created and sponsors are offered with different options to engage with their remote audience. That in turn meant that not only event organisers were able to maintain levels of sponsorship fees but also were able to increase the number of sponsors via the use of the virtual booths.
Understanding that tech can be scary for the not so savvy, our True Hybrid Solution includes a pre-event project manager to help build the event plus an in-person hybrid manager on the big day to support the client’s every step of the way. Audio, video, and hybrid technicians, together with all needed equipment are all inclusive.
BMA House
In 2020 BMA House released research conducted amongst 229 buyers that 73% expected online meetings to increase 45% of these also said that hybrid events would increase. This research was undertaken in the first few weeks of the UK’s initial lockdown and announced whilst restrictions were still in place Six weeks later, BMA House revealed details of our initial Hybrid and Digital event packages. This included pop-up studio facilities, webcasts, exhibitor and sponsor spotlights and other options making use of our excellent technical facilities and knowledge. Two years on, the hybrid event landscape has changed significantly as has our technical offering to support either type of event. Technology provision has become the most searched for and visited part of the BMA House website, making up 55% of page views in the first quarter of 2022. The pandemic has shown us that a world without human contact is an unpleasant place to live – however, it has also shown us that technology can be used to make the world a smaller place, where we can meet more effectively and continually deliver seamless events, not failing to mention our fantastic client feedback proving we are leading the way with our hybrid offering.
Convene at 22 Bishopsgate
Convene at 22 Bishopsgate has delivered a state-of-art hospitality-infused suite of large meeting and workspaces that are awash with natural light.
Five hybrid-enabled flexible auditorium rooms allow up to 700 people to be physically present, while technology built into the rooms’ fabric allows up to 10,000 people to attend virtually.
Our rooms allow us to deliver a true-hybrid meeting experience. Everything that could be required for a range of events, from small gatherings to large town hall meetings, is in one place. Integrated audio-visual equipment means there is no need to bring in sound gear and cameras, which can be bulky and expensive to hire for such one-off occasions.
The emphasis on hospitality has resulted in the hiring of 23 full-time staff to cater for clients’ needs, with the head chef joining from the Ennismore Group, which operates the Hoxton Hotel.
Responding to clients’ needs in a post-Covid environment is paramount. Working practices have changed, with varying numbers of staff working away from the office at different times. Mindful of the importance of retaining their corporate culture and ethos, clients can bring all their staff together in both a physical and virtual setting ‘under one roof’; a truly unique experience.

King’s House
King’s House is ‘a building with a conscience’. Alongside being an event space for hire, it also operates as a community centre, and income from every event that takes place in the building is invested straight back into the community services hosted here. These include, for example, a debt-counselling service, and charity that provides free therapy sessions for children with additional needs (and their families). Part of our vision is that, with each hire, King’s House would be practically fuelling the ongoing story of new life in King’s Cross and the surrounding areas.
The space is the perfect blank canvas for all sorts of creative projects and gatherings, accessible for all members of the local community. Whether it’s for filming, photography, workshops, conferences, or live music, we exist to be a genuinely affordable space for our local business community, creatives, charities, and purpose-driven organisations in King’s Cross and beyond.
