Gray’s Inn Venue
A prestigious Central London venue full of tradition and grandeur, Gray’s Inn is one of London’s hidden treasures, nestled behind Chancery Lane station. This historic venue offers eight incredible event spaces, including an impressive outside space. The Gardens known as “The Walks” are formed of five acres of immaculately maintained private gardens – providing the perfect venue with Outside Space.
This stunning and versatile space is ideal for a range of summer events up to 1000 guests and is available to hire exclusively for events during June and July, complete with a grand and elegant marquee. This brand-new structure is purpose-built for The Walks, with built-in cloakroom, luxury toilets, bar, dancefloor, plus soft seating and furniture. There is also a PA system, ambient lighting, stage for a band or DJ, dancefloor, plus all important air-cooling. The Walks is available to hire exclusively for summer parties, weddings, family fun days, filming and many more.
RCP London Events
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is over 500 years old and currently in its fifth home since 1965. This iconic Grade 1 listed modern building overlooking Regent’s Park houses an award-winning conference and events centre, RCP London Events. The venue offers highly versatile facilities, including tiered auditoriums, conference, meeting, exhibition and dining spaces as well as a museum and a Medicinal Garden ideal for summer entertainment.
The RCP’s Medicinal Garden is a wonderful, tranquil space.
The real joy of this space is its unique and bespoke collection of plants: our 1,100 plants, herbs and flowers tell the myriad stories from diverse cultures and different countries, and offer an illuminating window into the history of medicine throughout the centuries.
In the summer, the Medicinal Garden transforms itself into an oasis for hosting creative summer events, pizza and barbecue parties, post-conference drinks receptions with interactive food stalls and al fresco dining for up to 200.

From initial brief to seamless delivery, the vast outdoor space with four acres of landscaped lawns, together with the Secret Garden, gives the events team the best, most authentic marketing tool they could need, which paired with exceptional customer service and work ethic, ensures our top clients keep coming back. Giant inflatable assault courses, petting zoos and eclectic entertainment options keep innovation at the top of our summer party agenda.
Our offerings evolve year-on-year, and the past 12 months has been no different. Due to the increasing demand for excess space since the pandemic, our lawns have proven to be incredibly sought after. With the investment of an even bigger marquee and canopy extension this year, summer 2022 has exceeded expectation to the point that we were fully booked for the season by April.
Skylight Tobacco Dock
London’s biggest and most imaginative outdoor rooftop bar, Skylight Tobacco Dock, reopened this summer looking better than ever following a full refurb throughout! Come summer, the ever popular Ice Rink makes way for the croquet pitch and the Petanque is ready for play Award winning cocktails are shaken up alongside buckets of beer, and there’s always bottles to pop from Moët & Chandon, perfect to celebrate another perfect sunset up top Boasting the best views of the beautiful London skyline, guests have 360 views from every area in the venue! Clients are impressed by the flexibility of the space with plenty of covered seating areas, so there’s no panic if the weather isn’t in the party mood We even have two croquet lawns on our lower level, so rain needn’t stop play! Guests can socialise at our well-placed long tables, or settle down in our garden booths and day beds on the upper level Skylight has also developed a brand new menu, led by the talented Chef Karan, offering an inclusive international menu with plenty of choice for those who may fancy a light bite or a street food feast, catering to all preferences and allergies!
Stationers’ Hall
Stationers’ Hall is a Grade 1 listed building, located in the City and a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral. Those visiting have excellent transport links, with a 5-minute walk from the Central Line tube and mainline City Thameslink trains nearby. The secluded walled garden is the bestselling feature and a hard find in Central London. The history of the Garden plays a part in the reason for choosing the venue, with a London plane tree that is over 250 years old and the location which marks the spot where heretical books, condemned by the ecclesiastical authorities, were burnt in the Tudor times.
The gardeners work tirelessly year on year to keep the flow and feel of the space and think about what plants and foliage will thrive and what colours will pop. The focus for 2022 was to create a pollinator garden, which provides many benefits, including improving the air quality and as productivity increases and the garden expands, we can watch the greenery grow and glow.
As an outdoor space, Stationers’ Hall Garden is a special space and will continue to impress those that get to experience it.
The Hurlingham Club
Set in 42 acres of magnificent grounds on the border of the Thames in Fulham, The Hurlingham Club is a green oasis of tradition and international renown, effortlessly combining timeless elegance with state of the art event facilities.
Steeped in grandeur, the Hurlingham Club is not only a private members’ club, but also a venue for private hire. Home to events such as Fete Champetre and the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic at Hurlingham, The Hurlingham Club is also available for corporate and private events. Guests are always treated with the high level of service which has become synonymous with the Club.
