The blank canvas setting allows for bespoke settings and atmospheres, incorporating styling, catering, lighting, bespoke set design.

KOKO is the ideal location for Christmas parties, ranging in size between 200-1500 people, Located in the heart of Camden, the venue’s stunning interior, historic architecture, exceptional hospitality, & leading audio-visual technology makes for a truly unique venue. The space is adaptable, allowing for intimacy while providing the scale and aesthetic to be a must-visit destination Tailored event curation is key Food, drink & entertainment can all be customised according to the client’s desires The top tier sound, live-streaming & lighting package is included for all events, along with a dedicated tech team providing expert support throughout the event KOKO is particularly adaptable in terms of culinary excellence 5 external approved caterers offer a wealth of different cuisines covering all dietary & budgetary requirements Drinks service is equally as strong Bespoke packages range from value wine/beer options to a customised cocktail menu with premium spirits For large events, “ bars provide fast-track service even on the busiest of nights Net-A-Porter’s Christmas party demonstrated what KOKO is capable of. Their initial enquiry for 900 guests in mid-November resulted in a detailed collaborative proposal and a confirmed booking within 6 days. The event was such a success with ongoing future partnerships.

Established in 1991, Ministry Venues – Elephant & Castle is a collective of six adjoining warehouse spaces with world-class production. The iconic venue is incredibly versatile and has facilitated many events, from conferences to award shows to fashion shows to fitness events to Christmas parties.
Whilst the venue has a renowned 32-year legacy, it has kept up with modern times and its sound and lighting systems remain at the top globally, thanks to its hardworking operations team. Searcys at the Gherkin

Set in the heart of the city is one of the City of London’s most iconic landmarks, Searcys at the Gherkin, a hugely versatile event space, restaurant and bar. Perfect for a Christmas party of any size: spanning across the top three floors, Levels 39 and 40 are open to the public as a restaurant and bar with a capacity to host 140 seated dinner guests, or 260 standing guests, plus five private dining rooms on Level 38 for smaller and more intimate parties.
Offering a 360 view over the city no matter where you dine and bespoke decorations to fully dress the space for picture-perfect moments, this unique event venue is designed to create an uninterrupted backdrop of London for Christmas parties.

The HAC

One of London’s best kept secrets, The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) is a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling city. Quite unlike any other venue in London, it is a magnificent Grade II listed building set in a five-acre garden, hidden away in a quiet location just minutes from Old Street tube station. Comprising a magnificent Georgian Armoury House and The Prince Consort Rooms, the venue can cater for up to 700 guests indoors and 5,000 outside in the gardens.
When it comes to Christmas, the venue really shines as it is decorated with a wonderful theme to create a fully immersive experience for guests. It is this theming, dedication to service and exciting array of packages from catering partner Searcy’s, which has seen the HAC report on its best Christmas season yet in 2022, surpassing guest and financial numbers from pre-Covid, with the same success expected for 2023.
