One Dining
One Dining is the in-house catering team at One Marylebone, and they are anything but typical. Operating alongside some of London’s most celebrated external caterers, they consistently win the overwhelming majority of event business, not through default, but through creativity, precision and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.
What sets One Dining apart is their refusal to deal in the expected. Every brief is approached as an opportunity to surprise and delight, whether through fully immersive narrative dining experiences, menus that weave together contrasting culinary traditions, or bold celebrations of sustainable British produce. They are as comfortable pioneering entirely new concepts as they are delivering refined classical dining, bringing the same care and ambition to every event regardless of scale or complexity.
Agile, personal and deeply integrated, they offer the creative freedom and individual attention that larger operations simply cannot replicate, while competing at a standard that rivals the best in the city.
At the heart of everything is a simple but powerful belief: sustainability and luxury are not in conflict, the familiar can always be elevated, and the most memorable dining experiences begin where expectation ends.
One Dining does not follow the benchmark. It sets it.
