No1 Basinghall Avenue
1 Basinghall Avenue is London’s most exciting new venue with a view. Opened in March 2026 in the heart of the City – moments from Moorgate and the Elizabeth line – it pairs a fully-equipped, 450-capacity conference suite with something almost no other venue can offer: a private, landscaped rooftop terrace eleven storeys above the Square Mile, framing the dome of St Paul’s, the Barbican and the evolving City skyline. Of more than 130 outdoor event spaces in the City, fewer than 15 offer a bookable, exclusive-hire terrace like ours.
The results have been outstanding. The Basinghall beat its bookings forecast by 24% in its first three months, and 95% of clients rated our service a 9 or 10.
