At Caiger & Co, we have forged our own path in the catering/hospitality industry, offering truly bespoke events for clients. No two events that we produce are the same. Our in-house events team work very closely with the kitchen team to craft menus specifically curated to reflect each client’s budget, vision, to showcase produce in season and support local suppliers.

Food by Dish
Food by Dish are accredited and operate in over twenty-two different venues. In addition to this, we are the chosen catering partner for Thames Luxury Charters, as well as Henley Festival and Chelsea Flower Show.
2023 has been a huge year for Dish. We have converted a warehouse in Battersea into our new home, complete with production kitchen, equipment depot, offices and tasting room whilst making energy efficient improvements to the building with new windows, heating and air con and a brand new energy efficient kitchen. It is a wonderful feeling to have a home which so truly
reflects our values and where we can host clients, venues, and friends alike whilst also being fully independent in our operations.
Green & Fortune
Green & Fortune are a truly independent company, and an entrepreneurial spirit runs throughout the business and our team of 240. We are not encumbered with the challenges of much larger event and catering organisations. Whilst quality food and drink is at our forefront, we are also unlike many other caterers in that we create, market and sell our brands as well as deliver them. We have grown our company since inception in 2008 to our current portfolio of four venues including Kings Place, Rose Court, Sea Containers and Central Hall Westminster. We have 5 cafes, 4 restaurants, 4 bars and 4 leading event brands and in the last 12 months we catered for 140,000 event delegates as well as serving lunch through our other outlets to more than half a million people.
The UK’s original events caterer, Searcys, is the brainchild of a Victorian chef John Searcy, who founded the company in 1847. A creative culinary force of nature, John began his illustrious career as the confectioner, before taking his talents to London to establish company in the capital.
In 2022, Searcys celebrated its 175th birthday, marking decades of warm British hospitality and fantastic events with across its venues in the capital and beyond, designed to engage with its customers, people and communities.
Last year, Searcys achieved a record revenue year, with 9.2% increase in sales on the like-for-like pre-Covid period, hosting over 15,600 events and achieving £1.2M worth of press coverage. The teams received over 8,000 5 and 4-star reviews from guests. The company is also proud to be rated a Net Promoter Score of +19 by our employees, which is above the industry average.
With sustainability at its heart, the caterer has been working hard to create food and drink packages that champion the best of seasonal produce, leading to a 3-star accreditation from the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
Social Pantry is a pioneering sustainable luxury caterer for events, weddings, festivals and the workplace, specialising in fresh, local, seasonal food that is changing the face of catering. Social Pantry is committed to delivering high-impact events with minimal environmental impact, operating a zero-waste and environmentally focused approach to all aspects of the business, underscored by a robust social sustainability program that includes hiring staff from all walks of life.
Social Pantry’s actions are guided by the change they want to see, investing in circular economies, develop sustainable business practices and are committed to long term initiatives that will positively impact future generations. Social Pantry is a QMS certified ISO 14001 organisation meeting the internationally agreed standard for an environmental management system, and they are in the process of becoming accredited with the B Corp Movement. From operating a zero-waste kitchen and using a zero-to-landfill refuse service, reducing carbon emissions by 75% by switching to a fleet of electric vans, partnering with food waste charity OLIO, boycotting unethical companies in the supply chain in favour of a network of progressive, regenerative businesses that share our values, Social Pantry aims to inspire action within the hospitality sector by setting a positive example.
