Green & Fortune at Central Hall Westminster
Green & Fortune is a multi-faceted hospitality business, delivering retail, events and B&I catering. We deliver events at four iconic venues across the capital including a partnership with the historically significant Central Hall Westminster (CHW) We have taken the catering at this venue on a complete journey since we started the partnership in March 2020. With a large number of existing clients used to our predecessor’s style of catering, we utilised the break of covid to fully revamp the menus and challenge the style of offering for all events. The catering at this venue is now ahead of many of its competitors in that in contrast to the buildings more traditional architecture, we deliver contemporary, stylish and versatile catering solutions to feed vast numbers of delegates with minimal queuing and more choices. We have a reputation for ensuring the best customer journey with polite and respectful team members all along the way. Kevin, our GM, Danny our Head Chef and Sorin our Events Manager along with their team fully deliver a one team approach alongside the venues team which gives the the client a seamless experience of CHW where they do not see Green & Fortune and a standalone caterer.
Company of Cooks at RCP London Events
Under a few guises, the Company of Cooks team on-site at RCP London Events (Royal College of Physicians) have been the bedrock of consistency and champions of service excellence within the venue since 1995. Originally under Fare of London, then CH&CO, the team are now cemented as one of Company of Cooks’ top-performing venues within the organisation’s portfolio.
RCP London Events is housed within the Royal College of Physicians’ fifth home since 1965, an iconic Grade 1 listed modern building overlooking Regent’s Park. The venue boasts highly versatile facilities, including tiered auditoriums, conference, meeting, exhibition and dining spaces as well as a museum and a medicinal garden ideal for summer entertainment.
The versatility and uniqueness of the event spaces have allows the team at Company of Cooks working alongside RCP London Events to create a bespoke catering offer that is respectful of both companies’ long-term commitment to sustainability and clients’ requests for innovative DDRs and fun, unique packages for summer.
Food by Dish
Whether it is a wedding, seated dinner, buffet, or simply canapes, the Thames Luxury Charters contract allows us to offer a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of London. With exquisite views accompanied by luxurious drinks and cuisine, it is no surprise that the raving reviews have flooded in over our busy summer period. Our outstanding feedback is a testament to the whole team who work day in and day out to deliver the elaborate and luxurious events on these wonderful vessels on the Thames. Whilst logistically challenging at times, our team of experienced managers, chefs, bartenders and waiters consistently deliver to the highest standard, ensuring a night of unbelievable memories that are unforgettable!
RSA House
Company of Cooks is the chosen catering partner for RSA House and was recently awarded a five-year contract extension on the current 12-year period. The catering sales for RSA House are set to exceed their best sales year by 14% in 23/24.
The core kitchen team, led by Executive Chef, Darren Archer, have a combined 16 years’ service and are committed to delivering quality, inspiring, ecofriendly menus for corporate and private events across 11 venue spaces and a Coffee House, whilst limiting the impact on the planet.
Key initiatives launched this year include a low carbon wedding menu, the Coffee House app and QR code table service, a series of ‘evening with’ dinners featuring a mix of celebrated and rising star chefs and regular sustainability workshops for teams to enhance their green skills.
Company of Cooks is committed to working with minority owned businesses and social value suppliers, such as Well Grounded, to help adults facing barriers to employment, giving them a chance to become a graduate barista in the RSA Coffee House. They also work with the Felix Project to deliver unsold food to charities and schools to help the most vulnerable in our society.
The Brewery on Chiswell Street
Recognising the important role of food in every event, we have curated a team of exceptionally skilled and passionate chefs, dedicated to crafting locally sourced, meticulously prepared, boldly flavoured and nutritionally balanced menus. Guided by the leadership of Tom Gore and Jack Bowen, The Brewery’s handpicked team of young and talented chefs to consistently deliver outstanding dishes.
Our catering services moved entirely in-house in 2018, bolstered by a dedicated team of chefs with a diverse backgrounds and experiences, propelling us not only to stay abreast of trends but to set new ones and stay ahead of the game. This move to in-house catering enabled us to rethink our operations, empowered us to broaden our menu offering an elevate our quality standards. Supported by our development team, which explores new ideas, trends and concepts, The Brewery remains at the forefront of innovation.
The Kia Oval
The Kia Oval is a unique and exciting venue in the heart of London. As well as a packed summer of cricket matches, we host a wide range of non-cricket events throughout the year including large conferences, exhibitions, summer parties, awards dinners, and weddings. On a matchday we cater for 23,000 people in retail food and beverage and 4,500 in hospitality ranging from deluxe hampers to 5-star fine dining with Michelin star chefs.

The View at the Royal College of Surgeons
Located in the heart of London at Lincoln’s Inn Field, The View at the Royal College of Surgeons is a stunning event and conference space, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities with sustainability at its heart.
Offering a range of dining spaces, from small and intimate dinners of 18 to 50 guests in the oak-panelled dining room to large 180-person banquets and gatherings on the sixth floor, the venue is open for a variety of events, from conferences and meetings to private celebrations and weddings.
Sustainability has been at the heart of the venue’s core value since day one. This runs across the business’ everyday operations, from waste-not protocols to food and drink menus, provided by in house caterers Searcys, which champion provenance by providing the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, sourced responsibly from local suppliers.
