BEST VENUE CUSTOMER SERVICE
30 Euston Square
With over 10 years’ experience of creating fantastic events, from conferences and meetings to private dinners and parties, customer service is at the heart of everything we do at 30 Euston Square. Our values are built on commitment, enthusiasm, trust, integrity and innovation, where we not only meet expectations, but strive to exceed them. We work closely with our clients to create bespoke events to meet the needs of the organiser and their attendees. It is this commitment to customer service which prevails above all else.
Spanning across seven-floors, our stunning venue offers a range of versatile spaces that blend high-class hospitality with state-of-the-art facilities. Offering adaptable spaces which can be tailored to our client’s needs, our rooms run from meeting, conference and private dining rooms, to banqueting spaces with an adjoining open-air rooftop terrace, 41 boutique bedrooms and a 300-seat auditorium.
The revenue generated by our events is then invested into the work of the Royal College of General Practitioners, who are headquartered and own the building.
Offering first-class service, high quality food and drink menus and a commitment to exceed the customer experience at every opportunity makes us one of the leading corporate event venues in London.
Friends House
In 2022, Friends House hosted 2,226 events and welcomed 99,859 delegates. That’s many people to provide with a great event experience. That’s why we continuously invest in staff training, especially customer service. We have a strong framework for training and monitoring of our customer service performance. Our staff are trained via the WorldHost programme, and we are a WorldHost recognised business. We think that excellent customer service should come from all levels of the company too.
From the booking enquiry to the event taking place, we work around our clients’ requirements and always try to show flexibility. We still have flexible booking policies in place regarding COVID and have allowed people to move their bookings for free during the train strikes of this year.
And when clients leave the venue, we monitor feedback closely and act when needed. We also believe in transparency, which is why reviews and testimonials are accessible on our website, TrustPilot and Google Reviews.
In the words of one of our clients: “My meetings are a lot less stressful when I use Friends House, as they think of everything.” A seamless, stress-free event experience, that’s what you get when you choose Friends House.

One Great George Street
Just a ding-dong away from Big Ben, charismatic venue One Great George Street offers 21 flexible spaces including four ornate State Rooms, a jaw-dropping Great Hall and two tiered lecture theatres which can be linked through sound and vision. Situated next to the Great Hall, the Telford Theatre encapsulates a unique glass dome which adds glamour and drama for large conferences, presentations, lectures, seminars, product launches, press conferences, AGMs and screenings.
As a Grade II listed building it’s got more period features than you can shake a stick at, with rich neo-Palladian and Baroque interiors, yet it shakes off any possibility of stuffiness with unique glass dome ceilings that flood the venue with natural light, and cutting-edge technology throughout. An expert on-site audio visual team and in-house catering team conjure up experimental sets and dishes to dazzle.
The venue pioneered accessibility in historic venues with the installation of its front entrance Sesame Platform Lift which is still used as a model today, and it has impeccable, award-winning sustainability credentials.
