Grocers’ Hall
Grocers’ Hall has an unrivalled reputation for quality and service within the City. Our team is small but highly skilled, with a combined 535 years of professional experience between them. We succeed by adhering to three key principles: Trust and mutual respect for each others’ professional competence and commitment, prioritising quality over quantity of events in our booking process and treating members of our extended team, agency workers and 3rd party suppliers as we would if they were permanent members of staff. Each member of our in-house team has a vital role delivering excellence and everyone is encouraged and trusted to suggest improvements.
Following the Company’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we are proud that customer post-event feedback in the last 12 months has resulted in 100% customer satisfaction for our venue staff, 99.28% overall satisfaction, and 4.8 stars with our Google reviews. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, and we are all proud to be a part of it.
With nearly 600 years of history to draw on, the building, facilities and unique artefacts are only possible with the team that works tirelessly to bring it to life.
House of Commons
At the House of Commons we average between 45 and 65 events a week for most of the year. To ensure that our clients are looked after and have the best events possible we have created a streamlined process to ensure that no detail is left unturned. From the contract email which confirmed the event our clients are informed of the event planning process. We forward all relevant information including menus, delivery requests, AV requests, external supplier information, payment schedule, invitation templates for them to use. The majority of our guests complete and send these to their event co-ordinator directly, others require a little more hand holding which our co-ordinators proactively encourage when clients are being on the quieter side.
Queen Mary University of London
The Queen Mary Venues team was established in 2021 to create a commercial venue hire team within the University. The restructured team now includes dedicated sales, operations, and catering and hospitality staff. Starting with 5 members, the team has grown to 25, managing internal and commercial events, summer schools, and accommodation bookings worth over £4M annually. Reflecting Queen Mary University’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, the team represents various ethnicities, cultures, and religions, benefiting collaborations with community partners in East London. Despite being a relatively new team, we foster an open, cohesive environment prioritizing customer service over income generation. The venues team offers a comprehensive range of services, including venue hire, event management, accommodation, AV production, and more. Our teams bring diverse experience from universities, hotels, charities, local government, and luxury environments.
When rebuilding the Queen Mary Venues team, our key goals were commercial viability, stronger customer service, and becoming a “one-stop shop” for the University. Our sales, event operations and catering teams work closely to ensure the right venue and food offer are chosen, or a unique bespoke events package is created, so that the complete process creates an experience to remember.

Stamford Bridge
Trust us, no one knows more than a football club the importance of a team facing up to big challenges that suddenly befalls it and still emerging with a winning situation.
We believe Chelsea’s events team ticks that box, and in the past year it was proven again.
Tobacco Dock
Tobacco Dock began its life as an events venue with a team of 4 and a handful events in 2012. A decade later its team has grown to 25 event professionals helping to produce over 250 events a year. A big enough team to deliver excellence within a busy schedule, but also small enough for everyone to have knowledge of everything that is going on within the venue, the ethic of teamwork and working for each other is incredibly strong.
Our team is our greatest asset, and when you consider the rest of the cards in our hand (Grade 1 listed, historically and architecturally significant building, cutting-edge tech infrastructure, central London location, 57 adaptable spaces over 16,000sqm suitable for events hosting from just 6 to over 7,000 attendees, to name but a few), that makes them pretty special indeed!
We aim to give our clients extraordinary service from the moment they pick up the phone to make their first enquiry, all the way to debrief (and often beyond).
Our emphasis on customer service means we have cultivated strong relationships with our clients and are proud to have an Average Customer Service Score of 93.5/100.
