Each art’otel is nspired by a dedicated Signature Artist, a talented artist that has applied their unique style and character to the look and feel of the hotel. Jaime Hayon was an ideal multi-disciplined artist with a bold and colourful style perfectly suited to represent art’otel London Battersea Power Station and the centre of a new cultural quarter.
ExCeL London
With the start of the year still affected by the global pandemic, 2022 and beyond proved both an exciting and challenging one for the events industry and ExCeL London.
Nevertheless, ExCeL ambitiously staged 350 diverse events in just 10 months during 2022, welcoming more than three million visitors.
It also continued its goal of championing sustainability and innovation within the industry, investing hundreds of millions in venue infrastructure – including a 25,000sqm expansion project – and achieved a 91% satisfaction rating amongst organisers.
Together with 16 new event launches and a further dozen relocated from other venues, 2023 is now set to become the new benchmark for success for ExCeL, particular as it is already tracking 10% higher than its previous all-time record (set in 2019).
Everyone at ExCeL is immensely proud of the work they do to ensure the venue remains one of the leading in the UK.
HERE at Outernet
HERE at Outernet is one of the most exciting new entertainment venues in London for live shows, club nights and events. You will find our central London venue located at Tottenham Court Road within the brand-new Outernet district. At 10,000 square feet, HERE is a custom designed blank canvas space crafted to host creative and cultural events from end to end of the live events spectrum. Since opening in Autumn 2022, we have hosted a variety of events, such as; awards ceremonies, private dining, product launches, conferences, premieres, gala receptions, and fashion shows amongst many other bespoke event formats.
We work with world class brands such as Aston Martin, Prada, Amazon, Conde Nast, Snapchat, LVMH, Fenty Beauty, S.S. DALEY, EA Sports, Sky, TikTok, Netflix and more. The location, high specification, turn-key nature of the venue, easily activated touch points and cross-district opportunities and amenities have helped our ambition come to life, bringing cutting edge live events back to the heart of the West End. A focus on customer and talent experience is in our DNA, with our spaces having been built from the ground up as a hub for connectivity, technology and experience.
London Hilton on Park Lane
An icon of British hospitality since 1963, London Hilton on Park Lane was the very first Hilton to open in the UK – and the hotel has since been purveyors of excellence. Natural History Museum
The Museum first opened its doors in 1881, as a cathedral to Nature, and has been sharing the wonders of the natural world for over 140 years.
In addition to being an iconic venue, the Museum has developed into a pioneering institution for scientific research, and more recently has become one of London’s favourite event venues, showcasing the Museum’s collections to brand-new audiences. Excitingly, the Museum has been shortlisted for Art Fund Museum of the Year 2023.
The Museum is incredibly proud to have been hosting a huge variety of events for over 30 years., In the past year, NHM held over 150 venue hire events, a record-breaking number of events for the Museum.
The Museum houses one of the world’s biggest and most important scientific collections, comprising of over 80 million specimens. By hosting an event at the Museum, clients are not only experiencing a one-of-a-kind architectural backdrop, they are also helping to inspire the next generation of scientists. All profit generated from venue hire events goes directly into helping fund the Museum’s activities, including remaining admission free to visitors and the scientific research into the current challenges facing our planet.
Nobu Hotel London Portman Square

When it comes to Events we have a range of stunning spaces that accommodate for every occasion – both business and leisure. Our spaces can cater for up to 1000 guests, such as the exquisite Nobu Ballroom, featuring state-of-the-art Audio-Visual technology combined with the world-renowned Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, inspired by one of the world’s most fa-mous Japanese Chefs – Chef Nobu Matsuhisa himself. Guests can enjoy Nobu catering for any event size and the ballroom has made a dramatic appearance in the London venues in-dustry scene.
The stunning Nobu Ballroom is a tech-enabled space, featuring a 9-metre LED screen with high-capacity rigging points and a fully programmable video and light display that has rede-fined venue event technology. The capacity of this technology enables event organisers to host state of the art events, as well as high-end hybrid conferences. We offer a self-contained experience with all of our meeting rooms being on our mezzanine floor as well as our pre-function area.
RSA House
RSA House is an amalgamation of five Georgian Townhouses with history dating back to 1774. The venue has an ambitious five-year growth plan which is set to start well with 23/24 being a record year for sales. The venue continues to heavily invest in advanced digital technology, hybrid capabilities, refurbished and enhanced facilities as well as embed sustainability into the operations, to elevate the guest experience and to ensure the venue has market leading facilities and offers.
The venue boasts three styles of venue under one roof with 11 versatile spaces, including the subterranean Vaults, exposed brick Auditorium, historic Great Room and seven contemporary meeting rooms. Service is personable with all teams going above and beyond client expectations meaning high client retention and positive feedback.
In-house contract caterers, Company of Cooks, are not short of creativity, from signature masterpieces including a showstopper ‘pudding at the theatre’ dessert table, built live by chefs, adding a dramatic twist to any event, to the finest dining menus and healthy and energising daytime menus to suit all budgets. Unsold food is delivered to The Felix Project for local charities and schools to help the most vulnerable in society.
The O2
The O2 is the world’s most popular live entertainment, leisure, and retail destination, and has been visited by over 100 million people since opening in 2007. Playing host to 200+ events a year, The O2 arena has one of the country’s most varied programming schedules spanning music, sport, comedy and more.
Over the past 16 years, The O2 has evolved into a full day out destination, with truly unique offering available for visitors all under one iconic roof. With even more spaces for artists and promoters to utilise beyond the 20,000-capacity arena, The O2 has been able to host a range of cross-campus events that not only meet client briefs but take the customer experience onsite to the next level. From climate events with Billie Eilish which saw the venue go vegan, to 10 years of the sell-out C2C festival, to the unforgettable Laver Cup, The O2 is the ultimate versatile London venue with the ability to create truly unique event offerings and unforgettable moments for fans bands and brands.
